Booking Rules
- All payments to be made at the time of booking.
- All extras to be settled in Cash / Credit Cards at time of check-out.
- We accept all major Credit Cards.

Cancellation Rules :
- Bookings cancelled 15 days prior to date of arrival, refund of 100% will be applicable.
- Bookings cancelled within 14 to 7 days prior to date of arrival, refund of 50% will be applicable.
- Bookings cancelled less than 7 days prior to arrival , no refund will be applicable.
Cancellation Rules (New Year Period 23rd Dec 2018 till 03rd Jan 2019) :
- Bookings cancelled 15 days prior to date of arrival, refund of 100% will be applicable.
- Booking cancelled less than 15 days prior to arrival, no refund will be applicable.
Refunds :
- Payments made by Cash / Cheque / Bank Transfer will be refunded in the same manner of Cash / Cheque / Bank Transfer.
- For cancellation of On Line / Credit Card payments, a charge of 5% will be levied.
- Refunds will be credited into guest bank account within 7 to 10 days.
- For part cancellation (decrease in number of rooms etc), above cancellation charges on a pro-rata basis will apply.
- Rooms booked once cannot be downgraded, but can be upgraded on paying the difference in tariff.
- No refunds will be applicable for sudden departures.
